The Geolinks Story
Geolinks’ (Pvt. Ltd.) Founder and Executive Director, Dr. Mubin Aziz Siddiqui began his journey after completing his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Auckland. Dr. Siddiqui worked in academia in both New Zealand and Pakistan for over 10 years.
He then transitioned his knowledge and experiences to the private sector in the early 2000s, when he tested business ventures in manufacturing and distribution. After a few years of trial and error, Dr. Siddiqui eventually saw a major gap in waste management services in the Sindh province in Pakistan. More specifically, he was concerned about the unethical and harmful practices of waste disposal.
Dr. Siddiqui decided to do something about this public problem through private sector solutions in 2004. He left his long-time home in Australia to live full-time in Karachi and to start Geolinks. Today, Geolinks handles waste with its own fleet of small to large vehicles.
Who We Are?
Geolinks established in 2004 with a vision to work for a “Better Environment”, strives to provide a Total Solutions for Hospital Waste, Industrial Waste requiring ethical, efficient and environmentally friendly waste management solutions. This is achieved through our high temperature and operation as a facility of witnessed destruction.
After successful operations in Sindh, now we are proud to start our Waste Management Services in Punjab, we built State of the Art facility in Sheikhupura (Punjab), with a capacity of 1000kg/hr. Geolinks is approved by EPA (Punjab), and ISO 9001 & 14001 Certified Company. The waste management facility is designed and constructed by Geolinks, which allows for the disposal of solid waste in a safe, efficient & Environmental friendly manner according to EPA (Punjab) guidelines.
Our Success
We are the only Waste Management Company in Pakistan which utilizes a Scrubber and a Bag Filtration system as an emissions control technique. The bag filter reduces toxic emissions by 80-90%, allowing greater efficiency in comparison to our competitors. We also have Waste Water Treatment process which enable us to utilize the reuse of waste water.
Geolinks has been Pakistan’s premier incineration service provider for the past decade. Our success has led us to expand beyond incineration and waste handling such as: tank and pits cleaning, chemical handling/storage and start-up and shutdown services. Geolinks is also has an experience building Landfill Site built at Jamshoro (Sindh). Geolinks has a Vast Experience of Removal /Transportation and Dumping of Asbestos. We also have all the Technical Expertise in Sludge, Tanks/Pits Cleaning, we also deals in Non-Hazardous Scrap, with over 19 years of experience, you can trust Geolinks to provide the most professional incineration and waste management services in Punjab.
